Thiem Cleaning GmbH is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in Cottbus to manage and lead a commercial cleaning team. The role coordinates daily operations, distributes supplies, performs quality checks, handles complaints, ensures compliance with quality standards, onboards new employees, and supports cleaning tasks during leave. The position requires relevant commercial cleaning experience, ideally leadership experience, German language skills, flexibility, reliability, and a class B driving license. It offers a fixed-term contract of 39 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 03:00 to 14:00, with compensation of €16.66 per hour and the prospect of extension.
