Description
The Civil Engineering Site Supervisor manages and coordinates civil engineering construction projects involving earthworks, roads, and waterworks. The role oversees site personnel and subcontractors, monitors schedules, quality, budgets, equipment deployment, safety, and stakeholder communication, and adjusts work as needed. Candidates need relevant vocational education, civil engineering site-supervision experience, knowledge of the RAW system and applicable regulations, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a category B driver's license. The position offers a starting salary of €4,000–€6,500 per 40 hours, a company car, phone, holiday allowance, training budget, vacation days, and pension benefits.
