Description
The Infrastructure Site Supervisor will manage day-to-day underground infrastructure projects in the Amsterdam region, leading technicians, groundworkers, and subcontractors while coordinating cable and pipeline work. The role monitors schedules, quality, safety, compliance, progress, and project administration, and serves as a link between site execution, work preparation, project management, planners, managers, and clients. Candidates need an MBO or HBO qualification in Infrastructure Technology, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, approximately 3 to 5 years of underground infrastructure experience, and experience as a site supervisor, assistant site supervisor, or foreman. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,200 to €5,000, a contract with prospects of permanent employment, a company car or mobility arrangement, vacation days, pension, training, and progression toward Senior Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
