Description
Hallcon Corporation is hiring a Site Supervisor for its commuter transportation team in the Los Angeles Area. The role leads and supports local employees, develops and trains new team members, enforces safety and vehicle-maintenance standards, reports incidents, communicates operational needs to management, and partners with the Regional Manager to keep transportation operations safe and efficient. Candidates must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years, strong communication and administrative skills, and 6 months to 1 year of team management or leadership experience.
