Description
The Residential Supervisor provides direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and supervises residential staff assigned to the individual’s home. Responsibilities include in-home training, transportation, medication and medical-treatment coordination, meal preparation, safety and incident reporting, first aid, household maintenance, documentation, resident-fund accounting, employee performance evaluation, and implementation of Individual Service Plans. The role requires an 18-year-old applicant with a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, and preferred supervisory experience; it also requires first aid, CPR, delegated nursing, and a valid Ohio driver’s license. The schedule is Sunday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
