Description

Clarvida is seeking a Site Supervisor for their Westminster CalWORKs location. The Site Supervisor will oversee program operations, participate in administrative/management decisions, conduct clinical chart reviews, and supervise pre-licensed clinicians and student interns. They will also ensure timely submission of invoices, payroll records, and clinical documentation, maintain a small caseload, and collaborate with the Program Director and Office Manager.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Prior behavioral health experience.
Three years of experience with Outpatient Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse treatment.
Direct clinical and case management experience, group leadership experience, and knowledge of Recovery Model philosophy.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong clinical, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and direct others.
Flexible scheduling capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills with colleagues, direct reports, and clients.
Proficiency in computer knowledge and data entry, along with strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, contributing to the success of direct reports.
