Description
The Site Supervisor will organize and lead construction projects in structural refurbishment, including concrete repair, balcony refurbishment, structural waterproofing, and thermal insulation composite systems. The role supervises and coordinates staff and equipment, ensures quality and workplace safety compliance, communicates with clients and contracting parties, documents project processes, monitors the construction budget, and reviews construction service delivery. A civil engineering degree or completed technician training program is required, while site-supervision experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a valid class 3 or B driving license is mandatory.
