Securitas is hiring a full-time Site Security Supervisor in Nampa, Idaho, with a Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. schedule and a wage of $18.87 per hour. The role supervises security officers, monitors CCTV and access control, conducts patrols, responds to incidents, trains and coaches officers, maintains reports, and supports payroll and personnel information. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, advanced computer and technology skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and be able to conduct patrols and respond promptly. At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred, along with a customer service background.
