SPITZKE is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage complex rail infrastructure and track construction projects. The role directs construction execution according to service specifications, schedules, cost targets, and quality standards; records progress and contract or design deviations; and coordinates dispatch, external companies, and other project stakeholders on site. The position is based in Großbeeren and requires a completed degree in civil engineering or construction technology, professional rail infrastructure or track construction experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a passenger-car driving license, and willingness to work on construction sites.
