TEAM Group is hiring a Supervisor to report to the Site Manager and lead up to 10–20 team members in industrial cleaning and support services around a paint shop. The role includes training and delegating work, scheduling and timesheet management, PPE and supply coordination, safety and customer-satisfaction performance, customer communication, and use of ADP and company systems. The position is on the third shift from Saturday through Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with weekend availability as required, and is based in Montgomery, Alabama. The salary is $62,000–$67,000 per year, with benefits, a 401K program, parking, and a safety boot allowance.
