TERO GmbH is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in Wülfrath to independently manage a client property, lead and schedule service and cleaning staff, coordinate client and internal communications, ensure contract-compliant service delivery, conduct quality inspections, train employees, manage safety and occupational standards, handle complaints, document processes, arrange coverage, and monitor personnel deployment. The role requires vocational training, preferably in the service sector or building cleaning, leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, German language proficiency, and MS Office knowledge; a class B driver’s license is desirable. Remuneration is €24.00 per hour plus allowances and surcharges, with vacation, bonuses, discounts, and possible client takeover or employment.
