Description
Mick George Group is recruiting a Site Supervisor for its Earthworks division to lead gangs of operatives and plant operators on live earthworks and soil stabilisation projects. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role manages labour and plant allocation, safety, quality, site records, material deliveries, and coordination with subcontractors and engineers. It requires at least three years of supervisory experience, SSSTS or SMSTS, a CSCS Gold Supervisory Card or equivalent, UK driving licence, and knowledge of site health, safety and environmental requirements. The position works across Mick George Contracting sites throughout the country, with Monday–Friday site requirements and Saturdays as needed.
