The role leads a small construction team, coordinates drainage, infrastructure, bridge, and civil engineering work, plans site setup and material deployment, oversees repair and rehabilitation activities, ensures quality and compliance, and documents progress. Applicants need a three-year technical or craft apprenticeship, relevant civil engineering or sewer construction experience, strong communication and organizational skills, outdoor work willingness, and a valid class B driver’s license.
