The role leads technical, organizational, and commercial aspects of concrete rehabilitation and coating projects, monitors quality, costs, and deadlines, manages client relationships and business development, plans staffing, and prepares quantities and change requests. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or equivalent building-technician or master-builder training, relevant construction or project-management experience, and knowledge of concrete rehabilitation and surface coating.
