Frank Schäfer GmbH is hiring a Site Supervisor for road construction and civil engineering on a permanent, full-time basis. The role manages construction sites, monitors schedules, advises clients and engineering offices, handles invoicing and cost planning, leads employees and subcontractors, coordinates materials and equipment, and oversees quality and construction planning. Applicants need an engineering degree or comparable qualification, knowledge of construction law and VOB, road-construction or civil-engineering experience, a class B driver’s license, MS Office skills, and leadership and organizational abilities.
