Description
The employer is hiring a Site Supervisor for district heating in Hannover to independently plan, control, and execute construction projects; organize and supervise construction sites, crews, and subcontractors; prepare measurement records, invoices, and variation orders; and ensure schedule, cost, and quality targets. The role also coordinates with clients, authorities, and internal teams and is responsible for occupational safety and personnel supervision. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree or relevant building or pipeline-network training, several years of construction or project management experience, knowledge of district-heating or pipeline networks, and experience with measurement take-offs, billing, and variation orders.
