Oak Hill is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a residential program serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bloomfield, Connecticut. The role reports to the Director of Community Programs, works on-site Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with on-call flexibility, and includes supervising staff, coordinating participant support and medical appointments, maintaining regulatory and safety compliance, managing budgets and resources, and serving as a liaison with families and community partners. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or five years of leadership experience supporting individuals with IDD, two years of supervisory or management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete required certifications and background screenings. Compensation is $65,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
