LACKNER GU Bauservice GmbH is hiring a Site Supervisor / Project Manager with overall project responsibility for industrial and commercial construction projects involving roofing, facades, structural work, or turn-key construction. The role coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; monitors schedules, costs, and quality; supports planning, technical clarification, change orders, invoicing, and project controlling; and may eventually manage projects from site measurement through turn-key handover. The position is based in Erfurt, Thüringen, and requires a relevant technical qualification or comparable building qualification plus relevant construction experience, strong German communication skills, and strong organizational ability.
