The client is hiring a Site Supervisor – Structural Shell Construction for the Frankfurt am Main / Rhine-Main region. The role supervises raw construction, plans and monitors projects, leads the construction team, coordinates clients, subcontractors, and authorities, and ensures compliance with schedules, costs, quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable qualification, several years of site-supervision experience, construction scheduling and management knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of construction regulations, and good German language skills.
