Description
The Construction Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensure work follows drawings and specifications, monitor daily site progress, maintain safety standards, manage labor and materials, resolve on-site issues and delays, and support project planning, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and client follow-ups. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of MS Excel and project tools, budget-tracking and basic financial coordination skills, and high ownership with minimal supervision.
