Apple is seeking a Site Technical Manager to serve as the link between manufacturing sites and internal partners, driving strategic direction and operational execution at the factory level. The role is responsible for meeting quality, production, and business goals, with requirements including a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant experience in final assembly, test, pack, and SMT processes, project management experience, and proficient Mandarin. Preferred qualifications include experience in consumer electronics or wearable technology, process-improvement methodologies, structured problem-solving, product-design collaboration, RF and wireless technology, and knowledge of AI or machine learning in manufacturing.
