Dexterra Group is hiring a Site Technical Manager in Halifax to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of multiple facilities. The role is hands-on and responsible for building-system safety, compliance, contractor coordination, maintenance estimating, CMMS support, quality and safety reporting, audits, and client communication. Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance, hold relevant BESO, SMT, or Fourth Class Power Engineer credentials, have HVACR or refrigeration licensing as applicable, and have at least three years of experience in commercial or institutional building operations.
