Description
ActioNet is hiring a Site Technician to support enterprise IT operations across Japan, Guam, South Korea, and Singapore. The role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing client devices and networking equipment; managing users and endpoints through Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint-management platforms; supporting Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365; automating administrative tasks with PowerShell; and using ITSM ticketing systems. The position requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or equivalent cybersecurity certification, with preferred experience in endpoint configuration management, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
