nLighten is hiring an Operations Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of a data center. The role monitors alarms, coordinates vendor repairs and maintenance, manages incidents and service tickets, communicates with customers, supports remote activities, and participates in a rotating on-call schedule. Candidates need electrical or electromechanical training, 5–7 years of experience in a critical environment, HVAC knowledge, technical documentation skills, and a driver's license.
