Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Six Sigma Program Manager for its Whitehall, Michigan location to deploy, govern, and continuously improve the Six Sigma program across Howmet Engine Products. The role leads Green Belt training and certification, manages an enterprise-wide project portfolio, partners with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and operations leadership, establishes governance and financial validation processes, and promotes continuous improvement across investment casting, ceramic core manufacturing, ring forging, alloy production, tool manufacturing, coatings, and machining operations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least 10 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement experience, at least 5 years leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and a recognized Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
