The seasonal Ski Field Cook prepares menu items and ski-area cuisine, handles mise-en-place, stock control, food safety, customer service, record keeping, and kitchen cleaning. The role requires previous experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen, basic food-safety knowledge, multitasking ability, and excellent customer service; qualifications are not essential but a Food Safety or Basic Cookery certificate is desirable.
