Rhythm is hiring a seasonal Ski Instructor for Niseko and Hakuba, Japan, from December 1, 2026 through April 11, 2027. The role delivers group and private ski instruction, resort guiding, and guest services across varied ability levels, while maintaining mountain safety and supporting the resort experience. Applicants need native or fluent English, at least Level 2 skiing, two seasons of recognized snowsports-teaching experience, a full driver’s licence, and legal work eligibility in Japan; sponsorship is available in Hakuba. Compensation depends on experience.
