Description
Ragged Mountain Resort is hiring a Ski / Ride Instructor to teach safe and engaging skiing and snowboarding lessons to multiple students in outdoor winter environments. The role involves managing lesson time, providing technique feedback, maintaining customer service, communicating with resort staff, completing student evaluations, and enforcing policies. Applicants must have strong skiing or snowboarding skills at blue+ level, leadership and group-management abilities, teaching and coaching skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for extended hours, holidays, weekends, and inclement weather. PSIA/AASI certification is preferred but not required, and applicants must pass drug screening and a background check.
