Liberty Resources is hiring a Mental Health Skill Building Specialist for its Integrated Health Care clinic in Fulton, New York. The role provides one-to-one supportive services to individuals with substance use disorders and/or serious mental illness, helping them develop communication, self-advocacy, self-care, socialization, mobility, coping, and community-resource skills. Responsibilities include person-centered assessments, documentation, interdisciplinary treatment planning, recovery-oriented interventions, referrals, relapse prevention, and community travel. The position requires an HS diploma or equivalent with one to three years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, independent work flexibility, sound judgment, a valid New York State driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Pay is $50,000-$55,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
