Educational Resource Systems Inc. is hiring a Veteran Recruiter/Sourcer to identify and source veterans for automotive technician roles, build relationships with veteran organizations and transition programs, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, promote the employer brand, and support candidates through the application process. The role requires active-duty military status with 180 days or fewer remaining, veteran-recruiting experience, familiarity with automotive-related military occupational specialties, automotive industry knowledge, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
