Haren Construction Company, Inc. is hiring a Skilled Laborer for its Sager Creek Improvements Project in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The role works Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and pays $26 or more per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include assisting with shovel work, pipework, framing, finish work, formwork, concrete work, cleanup, and miscellaneous labor; operating forklifts, mini excavators, excavators, skid steers, and track hoes; and using hand and power tools. The position requires at least one year of commercial or industrial construction experience, the ability to work independently, and the ability to perform strenuous outdoor physical work, including lifting up to 75 pounds. Benefits may become available after 58 days of full-time employment.
