A Skilled Laborer/Carpenter performs hands-on commercial and general construction work, including reading layouts, measuring and cutting materials, building and installing wood framing and partitions, installing bathroom partitions and accessories, completing punch-list repairs, safely operating tools and equipment, and maintaining quality, safety, and organization. The role requires prior carpentry, construction, or skilled-labor experience, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, reliable attendance, communication, and teamwork.
