GrizzlyTrek is hiring a Skilled Labourer (Trenching) for a project-based, outdoor trenching role about 15 minutes south of Strathmore, Alberta. The work involves digging, shaping, cleaning, backfilling, and tamping trenches by hand with shovels, moving materials, and following site safety procedures. Candidates need hand-digging or trenching experience, physical fitness, reliability, and basic PPE; ground-disturbance or construction safety tickets and experience on pipeline, utility, civil, or construction sites are preferred. Pay is $26 to $28 per hour gross, with overtime available and benefits including extended health and dental coverage.
