Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring Processor Operators to set up, operate, monitor, and clean equipment that processes raw milk into store-ready products and manufactures plastic bottles for finished milk products. The role includes batch documentation, regulatory and cleaning checklists, safety procedures, facility compliance, and physical work in cold, noisy, uneven environments. Applicants must have a GED or high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, pass background and drug screening, and be available for all shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position offers a one-year progressive pay scale of $23.00 to $28.00 plus paid time off and other potential benefits.
