AFC Materials Group is hiring a Machine Operator for its Coating Machine Operator role in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. The position operates vertical PTFE coating towers and horizontal coating equipment, prepares and qualifies coating mixes, monitors product quality, completes run sheets and stock cards, and performs basic Syteline inventory transactions. The current third-shift schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with a transition to 12-hour day or night shifts by the end of the year. New hires must train on first or second shift for 30 days before transitioning. Compensation is $19.00–$24.00 per hour plus a $3.00 third-shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
