Description
Metcut Research is hiring a Machinist to lead advanced machining operations for mission-critical aerospace components. The role involves setting up and operating multi-axis CNC and manual machines, programming and optimizing machining processes, inspecting critical dimensions, resolving complex machining issues, mentoring Machinist I–III team members, and maintaining compliance with aerospace quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 5–10+ years of machining experience including advanced CNC programming and aerospace applications, CAD/CAM proficiency, blueprint and GD&T expertise, and experience with AS9100 and NADCAP.
