SEED Environmental is hiring a permanent, full-time Skilled Technician - Plasterer for its Fire & Flood team in Swindon and surrounding areas. The role covers plastering repairs and reinstatement in domestic and commercial restoration projects, including skimming, patch plastering, drylining, bonding, undercoats, finishing coats, ceiling repairs, surface preparation, and coordination with other trades. Candidates need NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent experience, a full UK driving licence, knowledge of plastering techniques and materials, and the ability to work safely and to tight deadlines. The salary is £38,000–£40,000 per annum, with benefits including a company van, overtime rates, meal allowances, holiday entitlement, pension, life insurance, and enhanced sick pay.
