The Durable Slate Company is hiring an entry-level Skilled Trade Worker in Columbus, Ohio for full-time, year-round work in roofing and historic restoration. The role includes paid training in slate, tile, metal roofing, copper systems, masonry restoration, safety, and related trade skills, with duties supporting installation and repair crews on historic and specialty structures. Candidates need reliability, physical ability to work outdoors and at heights and lift 50 pounds; prior construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
