The Durable Slate Company is hiring a Skilled Trade Worker to assist with the installation and repair of slate, tile, and metal roofing systems on historic buildings, churches, and specialty structures. The role includes hands-on roofing and restoration training, crew support, materials handling, and site work, with progression into advanced craftsmanship. No prior roofing or masonry experience is required, but candidates should be reliable, comfortable working outdoors at heights, able to lift 50 pounds, and willing to travel for projects.
