ServiceMaster DSI is hiring a full-time Skilled Tradesman in Springfield, Missouri, to perform remodeling and restoration work ranging from small repairs to complete home rebuilds. The role accepts skilled tradespeople including drywallers, painters, tile and flooring workers, carpenters, and mechanical workers, and requires remodeling experience, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and successful background and drug screening. Compensation is $25–$32 per hour based on skills, with overtime pay, a vehicle stipend, paid holidays, PTO, medical, dental, vision, and supplemental plans, a 401(k), and advancement opportunities.
