Description
The City of Remscheid is hiring three full-time Skilled Tradespersons for its Building Management department: two Electrical Tradespersons and one Painter and Lacquerer. The Electrical Tradesperson will maintain, repair, inspect, install, and adapt electrical systems and equipment, while the Painter and Lacquerer will perform painting, wallpapering, surface preparation, repair, and mould remediation work in municipal and rented properties. Both roles require at least three years of vocational training and a relevant skilled-worker or journeyman certificate, a Class B driver’s license, safety awareness, practical craft skills, teamwork, flexibility, and physical resilience. The positions are permanent and may be filled part-time, with gross pay of €3,240–€3,926 under Pay Group 6 TVöD.
