Description
The Virtual Assistant will manage calendars, meetings, and appointments across time zones; handle email and communications for leadership; organize files, documents, and databases; conduct research and compile reports; support administrative tasks and special projects; coordinate with internal teams and external partners; and identify gaps and suggest solutions. The role requires at least three years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role, strong communication skills, familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
