Description
PLA is hiring a Saw Operator / Dismantler to dismantle pallets and sort reusable components on a fast-paced assembly line. The role operates industrial bandsaws, inspects and grades wood components, adjusts equipment settings, stacks reusable parts, maintains a clean and safe workspace, and escalates technical or process issues. Previous pallet repair, woodworking, or construction experience and saw-operation knowledge are preferred, along with strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work in a noisy, non-climate-controlled environment.
