Unterallgäuer Werkstätten is hiring a Skilled Worker (m/f/d) Metalworking / Machining Team Leader for its workshop serving people with intellectual disabilities in Mindelheim. The role combines hands-on metalworking and CNC programming with educational and supportive work for people with disabilities. Candidates need vocational training in metal machining or industrial crafts, strong skilled-worker knowledge, CNC programming experience, and a supplementary special education qualification or willingness to obtain one. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, 39 hours per week, fixed working hours, and benefits including company pension provision, annual special payments, and performance-related pay.
