The role operates and sets up rotary-index tables, monitors and adjusts manufacturing processes, performs quality checks and maintenance, documents stoppages, carries out minor repairs, and conducts shift handovers. Candidates need technical vocational training in industrial mechanics, tool mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar field, pneumatics knowledge, a structured problem-solving approach, quality awareness, willingness to work three shifts and weekends, and good German skills.
