Centro is hiring a full-time, on-site Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Coordinator in North Liberty, Iowa. The role leads full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, supporting, and corporate positions; develops sourcing strategies; partners with hiring leaders; analyzes labor-market trends; represents the company at recruiting events; and supports onboarding, training, and employee development. Candidates should have recruiting and candidate-sourcing experience, strong interviewing and communication skills, organizational and analytical abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR or applicant-tracking systems. Preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree, manufacturing recruiting experience, labor-market knowledge, and workforce-planning experience.
