Description
The Skills Technician supports parents and families unable to fulfill parenting and homemaking functions by teaching, demonstrating, monitoring, and role-modeling skills for self-sufficiency. The role provides case management, patient progress documentation, homemaker-service coordination, skill-building, appointment transportation, and linkage to healthcare providers across Bowen Health locations, the community, and patients’ homes. It requires an associate degree or equivalent education, four years of prior experience, CPI and BLS/First Aid certifications, a valid driver’s license, background checks, and a minimum age of 21; Bowen vehicle operation requires age 25 or older.
