The Bar Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel’s bar, ensuring high-quality service, efficient team performance, improved guest experience, and achievement of financial and strategic objectives. The role includes planning and monitoring revenue and costs, developing bar services, and implementing sales and marketing activities. Candidates need at least five years of restaurant or bar experience, including three years in a similar managerial position, along with team leadership, financial planning, language, and MS Office skills.
