Description
Security Level 5 is hiring a Program Lead to build and manage AI security fieldbuilding programs, an SL5 fellowship, conferences, workshops, community events, and related community engagement initiatives in its San Francisco offices. The role owns content, branding, invitations, networking, and program operations, with support from the CEO, operations team, and events manager. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, prior experience running competitive fellowship programs, and a record of recruiting high-potential security professionals. The role is in-person in the Bay Area and offers a base salary of $150,000–$220,000 USD per year plus benefits.
