The Slaughter livestock role involves monitoring livestock in the slaughter cell, operating slaughter machinery, skinning cattle with specialized knives, and organizing and cleaning the workplace with a high-pressure washer and brush. The position requires at least one year of cattle-slaughter experience, knowledge of the slaughter process, and HACCP standards.
